PROJECT SPOTLIGHT - KATHRYN & ARI

Renovate or Relocate? Here’s Kathryn’s story!

Kathryn came to us torn between renovating her home or purchasing a new property. While she adored her current space, she knew it could function better and reflect her personality and love for architectural details. She was also open to buying a new home if the right opportunity arose.

To help her decide, we conducted a feasibility study. For her existing home, we outlined renovation options, including timelines, budgets, value-adding potential, and necessary permits—considering she might sell in the near future. When she found a property she was interested in purchasing, we assessed it against her brief, providing detailed drawings, permit requirements, cost estimates, and a renovation timeline.

With our guidance, Kathryn made informed decisions. She completed minor updates to her current home and purchased the new property with confidence, knowing exactly what was achievable.

It was a pleasure working with Ketsa who I found to be prompt, friendly, and reliable. She communicated clearly, gave design options and paid good attention to detail. The tradespeople who she recommended were reliable, pleasant and their work was of a high standard". - Kathryn
