A first home with grand spaces!

With a blank canvas and a sloping block, the brief for this project was to create spaces that feel grand yet homely. From the exterior to the interior this project stands out! Featuring tall raked ceilings, split-level communal areas, polished concrete floors and warm tones this project created light filed spaces with lots of room for family and friends to gather and entertain.

With the client’s builder dad ready to take the reins, I helped turn their vision into a solid concept they could carry through to construction.

SOW helped turn their vision into a functional reality ready for builder Dad to turn the plans into reality.
